A 50% vacation rental deposit required within 7 days of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. A refundable $100 Security/Cleaning deposit secured by credit card is required. 

 

Reservation cancellations made on or before sixty (60) days of arrival date will receive a refund of their deposit (less a $100 cancellation fee).  Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will only receive a refund (less a $150 cancellation fee) if rebooked within next 12 months or we are able to rent the cottage for all of the cancelled reservation dates. Payments can be made with Visa or MasterCard, Money Order or Bank Transfer only in U.S. Dollars.
